And because of that we decided to take an uncoventional approach to job hunting - our list is ordered by score.
We select the best offers and present them first, so that you don't have to waste time finding them.

Ever got annoyed when searching for a job?
You are not alone.
Filtering through spam and subpar ads
is tiring - that's why we fight them for you.
We detect and evaluate similar ads,
giving them a lower score and pushing
them lower in the search results.
Sometimes it's better to write nothing.
Our scores are affected when the use of
generic sentences is detected.
No one likes who has something to hide.
Transparency is required to establish a good
foundation for any relation and a good score.
There's something wrong with job boards since they were first invented - the incentives are all wrong. Listings are sorted by date and the newer posts are shown first. So, all you need to do so your offer is constantly at the top is to post the same offer over and over again.
We turned this around by detecting when the same offer is published multiple times, lowering it's score and causing it to appear lower in the search results.

After looking at a job offering it's common that you end up with more questions than answers.
Sometimes there's just too much missing information and generic sentences.
We took care of that by rating the offer once it's added, giving penalties when we detect filler sententes being used and lack of information.

Job offers are assigned to their correct categories and subcategories
thanks to Machine Learning.
We are now able to provide you with more granular search filters.
This is only the beginning, but we feel that machine learning is being overused nowadays and, since we are programmers at our core, we decided to leave this section for last. 😀
We are working on some cool stuff to make job searching a little bit better.
